Wobble Strength & Balance Ltd (“Wobble”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Wobble mobile application, website, and related services.

Wobble Strength & Balance Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and operate the Wobble service, in line with data minimisation principles.

Reason for downloading or using Wobble (optional free-text response)
Assessment and wellness data
Results and responses from balance and strength assessments
General exercise or activity data you choose to enter
Some of this information may relate to your physical health or wellbeing, depending on what you choose to share.

Device type and operating system
App usage data (e.g. session duration, features used)

4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
Create and manage your Wobble account
Provide access to exercise sessions, assessments, reminders, and core app functionality
Store and display your assessment results, activity, and progress over time
Send service-related notifications, including reminders and important app updates
Monitor app performance, fix technical issues, and improve the quality, usability, and effectiveness of Wobble
Ensure platform security and prevent misuse
Analyse trends in usage, engagement, adherence, and outcomes across our user base to better understand how Wobble is used and how the service can be improved
Produce aggregated and anonymised statistics, reports, and service-level insights for internal analysis, service evaluation, product improvement, and reporting on pilots, partnerships, or programmes, provided these do not identify you as an individual
Meet our legal, regulatory, and safeguarding obligations where applicable
When creating reports or insights, we take steps to present information in aggregated form and to avoid including unnecessary detail that could reasonably identify an individual or a very small group.

All emails and notifications are strictly service-related.

6. Data Relating to Health or Wellbeing
Some data collected by Wobble — such as assessment results or optional onboarding responses — may relate to your physical health or wellbeing, depending on what you choose to provide.
This data is processed only with your explicit consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by:
deleting your account via Home → Manage Account → Delete Account, or
contacting us at enquiries@wobblebalance.com, or
contacting the Data Protection Officer
When an account is deleted, all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our Supabase backend, unless retention is required by law.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your data only where necessary and appropriate, including with:
Trusted service providers who help us operate Wobble, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, and payment processing providers
Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights
A purchaser, investor, or successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case your data would continue to be protected in line with this Privacy Policy
We may also share aggregated and anonymised statistics, reports, or service-level insights with pilot partners, healthcare organisations, charities, service evaluation partners, or other partner organisations. These reports do not identify individual users and are used only to understand overall engagement, adherence, and outcomes at a group level.
8. Data Storage & Security
Personal data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud-based backend service.
Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption
Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel
Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are in place
9. International Use & Transfers
Wobble is available internationally, including in the United States.
Where personal data is processed outside the UK or EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Wobble service, fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you delete your account, or if your data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons.
Where data has been anonymised so that individuals are no longer reasonably identifiable, it may be retained and used for statistical analysis, service evaluation, reporting, and product improvement.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

Withdraw consent at any time
We aim to respond to all rights requests within one month.

13. Cookies & Analytics
Cookies and similar technologies are used on the Wobble website only to support essential functionality, performance monitoring, and analytics.
The Wobble mobile application does not use cookies.
The app uses secure authentication tokens and technical identifiers required for core functionality; these are not cookies and are not accessible by third-party websites.
