Wobble Strength & Balance Ltd (“Wobble”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a digital strength and balance exercise application.

2. Eligibility & Safety Requirements

To use Wobble, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.

  • You can stand up from a seated position and sit down again without hands-on assistance, and can stand unaided for short periods.

  • You will exercise in a clear, safe environment, with a stable chair or support nearby.

  • You are not aware of any medical reason why you should avoid strength or balance exercise.

If you cannot meet these conditions, you must not use Wobble.

These eligibility statements are provided to support safe use of the app and do not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

3. Nature of Content – No Medical Advice

Wobble provides general physiotherapy-led exercise education and guidance.

  • Content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

  • Use of Wobble does not create a physiotherapist–patient or healthcare provider relationship between you and Wobble, Niamh Buttle, or any contributor.

  • The in-app assessment is self-guided and educational. We do not observe, verify, or clinically assess your movements or performance.

Exercises may not be suitable for everyone. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme.

Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, or feel unwell.

4. Exercise Risks

By using Wobble, you acknowledge that:

  • Exercise carries inherent risks, including falls, strains, sprains, dizziness, or other injury.

  • More serious injury or medical events, while uncommon, can occur.

  • You take responsibility for your participation and agree to stop if you feel unsafe or unwell.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

5. No Emergency Service

Wobble is not monitored and is not a substitute for emergency care.

In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions & Cancellations

Wobble may be accessed through:

A. Mobile app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play Store)

  • Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis via Apple or Google.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Free trials (where offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

How to cancel app subscriptions:

  • Apple: Apple ID → Subscriptions

  • Google: Google Play → Subscriptions

Refunds are handled according to Apple’s or Google’s policies and your statutory rights.

B. Website purchases (Stripe checkout)

  • Purchases made via wobblebalance.com are one-off payments and do not auto-renew.

  • Access periods, pricing, and what is included are clearly displayed at the point of purchase.

If required by law (for example under UK/EU digital content rules), you may have a 14-day right to cancel, unless you consent to immediate access to the digital content.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Wobble for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Follow all safety guidance provided in the app.

  • Not share your account or misrepresent your health status.

  • Stop exercising if you feel unwell, unsafe, or in pain.

8. Intellectual Property

All videos, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos are owned by Wobble or its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.

You must not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Subject to this, Wobble is not responsible for indirect loss, economic loss, misuse of the app, or failure to follow safety guidance.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. No Warranties

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of content

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access

  • Fitness for your personal expectations or outcomes

11. Affiliates & Third-Party Products

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them.

Affiliate relationships do not influence recommendations and do not imply regulatory endorsement.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Some data (such as assessment results or optional onboarding inputs) may relate to physical health or wellbeing and may be classed as special category data under UK/EU GDPR. Where required, we rely on explicit consent.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account in-app or by contacting us. Deleted accounts result in removal of associated personal data unless retention is required by law.

13. International Users

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

You may not use Wobble where prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to Wobble and These Terms

We may update features or these Terms to improve safety, compliance, or performance.

Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated. Updated Terms will be published at wobblebalance.com/terms with a new Effective Date.

Continued use of Wobble means you accept the updated Terms.
